About
I'm drawn to the parts of products that feel overwhelming. Complex workflows, dense interfaces, products serving too many audiences at once. My job is to make them clear enough that no one notices the complexity.
Over twelve years I've worked across banking, FMCG, analytics and consumer products, often as the bridge between product, UX and engineering. I lead by doing: research, UX strategy, design systems, and partnering with engineering to ship them.
I care most about clear data-heavy interfaces, accessible experiences, and decisions backed by evidence rather than opinion.

Led UX and the design system for a B2B data-intelligence platform. Redefined flows and IA, and built a governed Storybook component library that improved consistency and ~10% build efficiency. Named Employee of the Year (2022).

Owned the public website UX. Led a 0-to-1 digital credit-card onboarding journey with video KYC, and A/B-tested a comparison feature: +32% CTA clicks, +18% application starts. Top Performer – Digital (2021).
